World of Warcraft - Item Upgrade

Rerolling upgraded items is only possible if the item that was upgraded was an Epic, Rare, or Unique. Additionally, exceptional items can be rerolled but the original stats are replaced with an uncapped bonus. This means that rerolling an item that is Rare item will result in a Normal version the same type, while the rerolling of an Epic item will result in an elite version of the same kind.
An upgraded item may also have extra modifiers, which can further increase its stats and enhance its performance. These additional modifiers don't come with the upgrade cost. You can purchase them at the Trading Post, or through other players. They can also be earned by completing specific missions in the game.
To upgrade an equipment piece, you need to visit the NPC [Armor] Boboko in Central Flarine. You will need Power Dices depending on the item. (Dice 6 are dropped by monsters 21+, Giants and Bosses; Dice 12 is dropped by Bosses). You will also require different amounts of Minerals, Erons and Giants.
Time
Upgrades to items are a method to increase your ship's stats and gear without the need to upgrade them. Upgrades aren't cheap but they can be a great method to boost your stats and not have to spend as much time fighting. It's essential to understand the costs and benefits of upgrades to your item before you invest your time or money.
Each upgrade boosts the stats of the item by to a certain extent and also offers the chance of obtaining an additional substat. The maximum level of upgrade for an item is determined by its tier and quality. Uncommon items can be upgraded to an maximum of level six, while Rare and Epic items can be upgraded up to level nine.
